The application process for the 2018 Direct Entry (Superintendent) Programme is now open to those who can demonstrate proven experience and a high level of competence in leadership and senior management, who have the potential to translate that experience into a policing environment and reach more senior policing ranks throughout their career.


The application form contains details of the participating forces at the time of the application window going live. It has happened in the past that additional forces have come on board late. Should this happen applicants will be advised and given the opportunity to amend their preferences.
